This sound was taken with zoom h4n recorder. Location: meylan, france, in the alps. The town is situated near a 300. 000 inhabitants city, in a valley surrounded by moutains. Description : rain is pouring louder and louder, rolling thunder strikes periodically, exploding like a gunshot or echoing from one moutain to another. (i'm afraid at one point, the sound of a music from a video game played by neighboors was recorded, but apart from these few seconds, this sound is cool ;))hope you'll find it helpful.

A pistol being dry fired once. I created this sound back in 2019 using multiple recordings of an airsoft browning hi-power replica that i mixed together until it turned into this early 00s video game-y type clicky dry fire sound. One of a series of heavily processed recordings i made using a hikari monos cv. It's a small, highly tweakable synthesizer that's great for drones, resonant pings, and all manner of dynamic electronic sounds. ‘slayer’ refers to s-layer, the sample-mangling plugin made by twisted tools. By layering, blending, and mulching the original monos recordings, i was able to get a range of sounds the are dynamic, punchy, and unabashedly stereo. These might be useful for edgy-sounding ui elements.

This was created with reaktor 6, nested inside vcvrack (via the "host" module) run through various effects in vcv rack. Ultimately this was rendered out at 192khz (vcv allows for very high super sampling). Many frequencies that are above the range of hearing exist in this file due to rendering it at such a high sample rate. I recommend that, in your daw of choice: pitch this down a couple octaves while running this through a frequency analyzer. Watch how many notes and tones emerge into the range of hearing. You might need a high shelf eq on this as well as a slight high pass filter. Several use cases for this sound: in the background of a sci-fi video game. On your next ambient dark drone top 40 hit single. Run through effects like granulators, pitch shifters and spectral distortions to make a crazy sound design sculpture.

Please rate if you like this sound :). This is my voice. I was trying to recreate a similar sound to those of the shrieking nazgul creatures in lord of the rings. They are referred to as different things but overall a creepy, evil, raspy, breathy type screeching sound. I created this with a type of practiced scream on a blue yeti usb condenser microphone. I recorded in audacity and added some reverb, fade in, and fade out. It was originally for a video game voice over audition. I also have the original with no fx if needed. My example/inspiration were the creatures in lord of the rings, fellowship of the ring. They are also called the fell riders and the black wings (when they ride the fell beasts), as well as the shadows, the servants of sauron, and the nine servants of the lord of the rings. So these are all real reactions to certain things i do, i. E, video games, narrations, etc. Funny story. . . The reason this one is from far away is because while recording a narration, a lovely spider decided to descend from the ceiling, and i flipped out, having decently bad arachnophobia. It also got near my hamster's cage, so naturally i bellowed "die!" when killing it. I'm uh. . . Very passionate about certain things. I myself need genuinely real vocal reactions. I often look for voice clips here on freesound, and there's just some stuff that isn't here. I know i'm not the only one, either, so i post mine as well so others may use them. Interestingly, i've gotten one person who took the time to uh. . . Tell me how they. . . Disapproved of my voice clips, so i just wanted to say that if you wanna use them, do, if not, don't, that's why they are there. I enjoy animating, and others do too, wanting to use others' voice clips. I also had a couple people make techno remixes of a lot of my sounds (thank you by the way, they're awesome). This sound is a superposition of two records. First, i recorded a coffee machine and cut it to extract just the sound of the money that falls in. Then, i recorded the sound of keys and mix it together on audacity. I wanted to make a sound that can be repeated in a loop. So, i copied the record of the coffee machine to give a rhythm to the sound. I tried to cut the sound of the key perfectly to make a loop with the help of the option “search for crosses with zero”. Then, i added view effects. I have changed the amplification in purpose to bring out more the sound of the coffee machine. I also change the reverberation. Gradually, my sound made me think of a music in a video game that i used to play, rayman. It was difficult to describe what the sound was like, but i liked the atmosphere, so i kept it. Then, a friend told me it made him think of a frog noise, and i liked the idea.
